<p><strong>Ingredientes</strong></p>
<p>2 xícaras de farinha de trigo<br />
1 e 1/4 xícara de açúcar<br />
1 xícara de cenoura ralada<br />
1/2 xícara de suco de laranja<br />
1/2 xícara de leite de soja<br />
3/4 de xícara de óleo<br />
Pitada de sal<br />
1 colher de sopa de fermento</p>
<p>No liquidificador, misture o suco de laranja, o leite de soja, o óleo e a cenoura. Bata até que fique bem misturados. Em um recipiente, misture a farinha e o fermento, a pitada de sal e despeje o líquido. Mexa bem até que a massa fique homogênea. Despeje em uma forma untada e leve ao forno por, aproximadamente, 30 minutos, ou até espetar um palitinho e sair seco.</p>
<p><strong>Calda de Chocolate</strong></p>
<p>1 xícara de água<br />
2 colheres de sopa de glucose de milho (karo)<br />
2 colheres de sopa de margarina vegetal<br />
5 colheres de sopa de chocolate em pó<br />
Açúcar a gosto<br />
Algumas gotas de baunilha</p>
<p>Misture todos os ingredientes em fogo médio, mexendo bem até engrossar. Cubra o bolo com a calda ainda quente.</p>

2 &#8211; A calda ser apenas Karo, leite de soja de ameixa e achocolatado, virou um caramelo.</p>

<p>500grs tofu soft amassado<br />
100grs azeite<br />
10gr sal<br />
50ml sumo de limão puro, sem água<br />
100grs polvilho azedo<br />
4 dentes de alho descascados<br />
Cebolinha<br />
Salsinha, orégano e pimenta do reino a gosto<br />
6 mini-abóboras</p>
<p><strong><em>Modo de preparo</em></strong></p>
<p>Lave as abóboras, em seguida corte a parte superior (para ficar uma espécie de “tampinha”), com uma colher retire as sementes. Em uma panela com água e um pouco de sal coloque-as para cozinhar por cerca de dez minutos (ou até ficarem com a parte interna macia). Reserve. Aproveite a água para cozinhar por três minutos as “tampinhas”.</p>

Você pode aproveitar o tempo de cozimento das abóboras para preparar o recheio: Bata no liquidificador (ou use um mixer) o tofu, azeite, sal, suco do limão, polvilho, alho, cebolinha e demais temperos (coloque sempre na ordem em que os ingredientes mais líquidos &#8211; como o azeite &#8211; fiquem no fundo do liquidificador, para auxiliar na mistura).  Prove, se julgar necessário acrescente sal. Com esse creme, recheie a abóbora cozida.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Nunca experimentei moqueca com peixe, certa vez na casa de uma amiga provei a versão Vegana e adorei, pesquisei receitas,  apliquei um toque pessoal e o resultado foi muito saboroso!</p>
<p><em><strong>Ingredientes</strong></em></p>
<p>Um pouco de óleo (o suficiente para fritar alho)<br />
3 colheres de sopa de azeite de dendê não muito cheias<br />
4 dentes de alho picados<br />
Coentro, lavado e picado (aproximadamente a medida de uma concha de feijão cheia)<br />
3 talos de cebolinha picada<br />
5 tomates maduros<br />
1 cebola grande cortada em rodelas<br />
1 pimentão vermelho grande (retire as &#8220;pontas&#8221; e lave a parte interna para descartar todas as sementes)<br />
Pimenta calabresa, orégano e salsa a gosto<br />
1 vidro de leite de coco (200 ml)<br />
Suco de meio limão</p>
<p><em><strong>Para o tofu</strong></em></p>
<p>Tofu cortado em tirinhas<em> (é importante que o tofu seja <span style="text-decoration:underline;">firme</span>, pois o Soft desmanchará)</em></p>
<p>Suco de um limão<br />
Pimenta calabresa, orégano e salsa</p>
<p><strong><em>Modo de preparo</em></strong></p>
<p>Lave e pique os tomates, leve ao microondas por cerca de 7 minutos isso fará com que vire uma espécie de purê. Em uma panela grande, frite o alho e em seguida acrescente a cebola, pimentão, cebolinha e coentro, frite até o pimentão amolecer, se necessário acrescente bem pouca água para que o refogado não grude na panela.<br />
Adicione o purê de tomate, o azeite de dendê, o leite de coco e o suco do limão, após ferver, cozinhe por dez minutos com a tampa da panela cobrindo parcialmente.</p>
<p>Após esse tempo desligue.</p>
<p>Enquanto isso corte e tempere o tofu</p>

<p><strong>Modo de preparo</strong></p>
<p>Corte a parte superior do tomate (igual quando cortamos a &#8220;tampa&#8221; de uma laranja), tire todo o conteúdo interno <span style="color:#ff0000;">**</span> deixando-o &#8220;oco&#8221;. Reserve.</p>
<p>Amasse o tofu com garfo (como eu fiz, ou use um processador), enquanto refoga o alho-poró e a cebolinha, a seguir, junte na panela todos os ingredientes (exceto o tomate) e frite-os por 8 minutos em fogo médio. Recheie os tomates com esta mistura e os asse em uma fôrma de vidro &#8211; Marinex &#8211; por 20 minutos, não precisa untar.</p>
<p><span style="color:#ff0000;">**</span><em>Dica: Com estas &#8220;sobras&#8221; internas pode-se fazer molho para acompanhar um macarrão, temperando-o com coentro, manjericão e cebola.</em></p>

<p>Lave bem o trigo em uma peneira e deixe de molho em água fria por 20 minutos. Corte o tomate em cubos. Pique bem a hortelã, a cebola. Coloque em uma travessa e acrescente a salsinha já picada, o tomate e as azeitonas. Escorra o trigo e esprema-o para eliminar o máximo de água possível. Na travessa, acrescente o trigo, misture o azeite e o sal. Misture e sirva. Usei talos de cebolinha para decorar.</p>

<p><strong>Ingredientes</strong></p>
<p>2 xícaras de farinha<br />
4 colheres de chá de fermento em pó<br />
2 xícaras de leite de soja<br />
3/4 de xícara de óleo<br />
2 colheres de sopa cheias de maisena<br />
1 colher de chá de sal</p>
<p><strong>Para o recheio</strong><br />
2 tomates maduros picados<br />
2 xícaras de legumes mistos cortados:cenoura, ervilha, vagem etc<br />
1 colher de sopa de salsinha picada<br />
1 colher de sopa de azeite<br />
tomate seco<br />
1 pitada de sal</p>
<p>Numa panela, aqueça o óleo e refogue os tomates. Junte os legumes e refogue-os em fogo baixo por alguns minutos.<br />
Para a massa, coloque todos os ingredientes no liquidificador e bata por um minuto ou até que esteja homogênea. Despeje metade da massa na forma preparada. Espalhe os legumes refogados por cima e espalhe a segunda metade da massa. Decore com um tomate seco e orégano. Leve ao forno (180º) por 40 minutos aproximadamente.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">1 Pimentão vermelho<br />
1 Pimentão amarelo<br />
400 gramas de soja<br />
3 folhas de alga nori<br />
5 dentes de alhos amassados (use o espremedor)<br />

Enquanto isto, corte as pontas do pimentão e as descarte (tire todas as sementinhas que estejam no interior), corte em rodelas. Refogue o alho com um pouco de óleo e assim que dourar faça o mesmo com o pimentão, quando ficar &#8220;mole&#8221; é hora de picar as folhas de alga nori uma a uma com as mãos e fritá-las também. Desligue o fogo e escorra a soja (se já deu o tempo de hidratação), coloque-a na panela, acenda o fogo novamente e refogue. Acrescente o coentro, orégano e sal.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">Prepare o macarrão conforme as instruções da embalagem. Refogue o alho e em seguida a abobrinha, quando estiverem tenras acrescente os demais ingredientes. Sirva com torradas se preferir.</p>
